“When starting to plan our wedding my husband and I agreed we needed to find someone to handle the decor and set up as we knew how much work it was. I met Shannon at the bridal expo and right away I knew we found the person we could trust with such a big and important job.

We had a Disney feel to our wedding and wanted to make sure that it didn’t turn out looking like a child’s birthday party. When I told Shannon what I had in mind I was a little worried as I am not good at describing things.

When I walked into the reception room I was so beyond happy. My husband best put it as, it was like Shannon stepped into my head and pulled out every little detail! Shannon was definitely our fairy god mother. She made our wedding all that much more amazing with all her hard work and eye for details. “Shannon and her staff at Chair Flair did an absolutely amazing job at our wedding.  We planned our big day on a very short time frame which forced us to eliminate a lot of the “little extras” such as decorations, centerpieces, favours etc.  We kept it very simple with just the chair covers, sashes and also gave Shannon the reins on doing what she thought would look best on the head table, cake table and guest book table.  Not only did we feel that it looked incredible but we actually had a person comment on how elaborate the wedding was…as I said it was very simple but Shannon and her team did such an amazing job that nobody missed the decor, favours and centerpieces.  In addition to the excellent work, the service provided by Chair Flair was exceptional.  Emails/phone calls were always returned the same day, usually within the hour.  Shannon made all of the arrangements with our venue for setup and tear down so it was just one less thing for us to worry about.  On top of everything we added on the extra package to have Shannon and her team handle all of the extra decor we may have.  Chair Flair would be responsible for basically the entire setup.  The day before the wedding when I informed Shannon that we really didn’t have anything extra so she didn’t need to worry about it, she insisted on refunding us for half of that fee.  I objected but she said she just didn’t feel right about not refunding it.  We absolutely did not expect that as we committed to that service and it really did eliminate stress knowing that we didn’t have to worry about a thing.  That in itself was worth the fee!

All in all I have not a single thing I would have changed or wanted to improve with my experience with Chair Flair and I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone I know.  Really, excellent company to work with!”

I had heard that there are very few things that go smoothly in the wedding planning process; however my husband and I had the privilege of having a picture perfect, no-stress, fairytale wedding day.  I know that this was in large part due to Shannon and Chair Flair.  From the moment she introduced herself to me at the Wedding Expo I knew that I had found someone I could trust to make our wedding reception absolutely picturesque.  I was elated to have beautiful linens and chair covers, a breathtaking head table decorated, and amazing decor for the room.  I thought I had it all right there!

A few months later my fiance and I were becoming overwhelmed with the planning of the wedding while each of us working full-time with lots of extra commitments.  We were having trouble finding vendors, booking people for our out-of-town reception, and figuring out who would set up the reception area for us.  One night, during a conversation about how we were going to pull off this wedding without losing our minds, I remembered Shannon telling me that she also did wedding planning.  The next day I called her and within a week we had met; I had a vendor for everything I needed to book, amazing deals on things I thought were totally out of our budget, and someone to set up and take down so our family and friends could truly enjoy the party.  Not only were Shannon’s vendors just as easy to work with but they provided the highest quality service and were as reliable as she was.  Shannon gave us some great tips on planning out our day and she helped us to organize ourselves and our wedding party so that we were as stress-free as possible.  From her years of experience Shannon definitely had some great advice on things we hadn’t even thought of!
Working with Shannon was a blessing; our wedding day was more than I could have ever imagined and I can truly say I had no stress the entire day.  We were able to relax and enjoy the best and most important day of our lives and have the picturesque wedding I had dreamed of.  We know this was because of Shannon and Chair Flair; our wedding was perfect and we have her to thank.

Justin and I cannot thank you enough for ALL of your help before and during our wedding day. I am such a perfectionist and it is hard for me to put other things in people’s hands especially something as crazy and huge and special as a wedding. You were priceless and you exceeded both of our expectations. As the bride I had a vision that I wanted to come together and I never get sick of looking at the photos of our venue and the amazing décor. You have taste, great taste and anyone who has seen your work or has used your services knows how amazing you are. We fell in love with you the day we met you unannounced while you were setting up someone else’s special day and there we were blown away. We can’t say enough about you. You blew us away with all the other little touches and extras you did with the décor we has brought in and the way you placed certain items was beautiful, I could seriously go on and on.

In booking certain vendors for our day I told Justin how important it was for me to like the person I had to deal with. I didn’t care about their “reputation”, “status” or how fancy their website was, if I didn’t like the person I had to deal with I walked away. Out of the million vendors I did have to deal with they were great but nothing like you, you’re a breath of fresh air in such competitive industry.

EVERYONE, still talks about how beautiful it was and how it took their breath away when they walked in.

If there is one word to describe you and your work, it’s “STUNNING!”

Planning a wedding has by far been the most challenging thing either of us have done. Just sifting through the sheer volume of information that is out there can be frustrating enough, and trying to stay within your budget can be a completely different “ball game”. But then, along came Shannon. Not only are her fees reasonable, I am still so impressed with the amount of work that she put in to make sure that our day looked the way we wanted it to. When my fiancé and I began our search for the perfect wedding venue, decorations and linens we were troubled to find that most places were over priced and that the planners were hurried, impatient and didn’t truly care about their potential role in setting up the most important day of our lives.

We visited many venues and spoke with many planners and found that no one could provide us with the whole package of what we needed.  Through a few work and personal contacts we kept hearing mention of this amazing planner, linen provider, and decorator her name was Shannon Collins and she reportedly could help with many aspects of your wedding and was passionate about making your wedding day flawless.  Shannon’s prices were affordable and comparatively competitive, but is was not her quote that won us over, it was her warmth, creativity, experience and her transparent love for weddings. Our experience with Shannon Collins of Chair flair was exceptional from beginning to end.  She assisted us in planning and coordinating our color theme, picking lighting and accents, creating an amazing candy buffet, and gave us many other ideas that worked very well in our venue.

Everything with Shannon was seamless, on the our wedding day everything was set up perfect, I had piece of mind knowing that Shannon would take care of every little detail and I had the luxury of having absolutely no stress on the day of my wedding, that was a great feeling.  Both my husband and I were very happy to have worked with Shannon and are eager to share our experience with others.  We highly recommend using Shannon whenever someone we know is planning an event or a wedding as our experience with her and her creative talents was remarkable.

Chair Flair is absolutely fabulous!  Shannon did our wedding this past August for us and she did such a beautiful job, we couldn’t have been more pleased! Even my particularly picky father was blown away!  All linens are perfectly pressed, and the chair covers w/ sashes truly added that dream like feel to the room…she even tied sashes around the high chairs for us!  The little touches you don’t even think of really do make a big difference, and Chair Flair took care of all of them for us!  As all you brides know, planning a wedding is so much work but having someone like Shannon to help out, ensures your day will run smoothly.  She genuinely cares about making the big day as perfect and easy as possible.  She does all the set up and take down…all that’s left for you to do is enjoy your day!
